
TOUR GENIE
Tour Genie is a travel solution company that offers customized travel experiences to North east India. The main criteria of the project is to put North east india as a prime travel destination for tourists and travellers across the country.

Their mission is to be the Genie who will fulfill your wish of a perfect holiday, find the right travel services for a memorable experience, you can cherish forever.

PHASE I : Survey was conducted on 200 individuals to understand and segment the target group and their travel patterns and habits.
PHASE II : Focus group discussion was organized with a group of 20 participants in orer to identify specific pain points of the travellers/tourists w.r.t travel experience for NE India.
Based on inputs generated we have developed User Personas to understand user’s current usage pattern, needs, pain points, etc.

- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research through survey and user interview.
- Defining user journey through user cases and scenarios.
- Conducting card sorting activity with potential users through which information architecture was developed.
- Developing high fidelity interactive wireframes.
- Establishing visual language and design the UI for the website.
- Coordinating with the front-end team to execute prototyping of website.

A list was drafted based on the business need of the tool and also inputs from users. Priortization of these features was undertaken using the Kano Model through which features are grouped based on user's need rather than the marketing or communication need of the company.
